강원특별자치도내 음악 인재 육성과 배움의 기회 확대를 위해 정상급 연주자들이 학생들을 직접 찾아가 가르치는 프로그램입니다.

Master Class in Gangwon is one of the educational programs. 

The goal of this program is to nurture musical talents in Gangwon State and 

expand opportunities for them to learn from world-class artists without having to travel far away from home.
