Using public transportation
Train

After taking KTX from Seoul Station, get off at Jinbu (Odaesan) Station and take a taxi for about 20 minutes

Bus

There is a bus that travels from the eastern Seoul Terminal.
There is a bus that travels from the eastern Seoul Terminal near the Gangbyun station (Line 2 / green Line)
of the subway system to Hoenggye, where Alpensia Resort is located.

Using your own car

Follow Highway #1(Gyeongbu Highway) South till you come to junction for Highway #4(Youngdong Highway).
Then, take Highway #4 East, toward Gangneung.
Once on Highway #4 East, it is very much straight forward until you reach Daegwallyeong Interchange.
Along the way you will pass Ichon, Wonju, Saemal and Jinbu junctions.
Once you reach Hoenggye Interchange, take a right and follow the signs to Alpensia Resort.
