How to book ticket package

• The package may close early on a first-come, first-served basis.
• After applying for the package, the person in charge will check the information and contact you for seats selection and payment.
• Please note that the booking will be confirmed only after payment is completed.
• The package you booked can be fully refunded until the cancellation deadline, and cancellation or refund is not possible after that date. ※  The cancellation deadline can be checked after the final reservation is completed.
• Seats can be designated on a first-come, first-served basis, but the seats that you want can be sold out first.
• Package seats are operated as fixed seats, and seats cannot be changed due to change of mind.
• Preschool age children shall be prohibited from entering the concert hall.
