How to book the ticket
Time frame for booking
Online booking will be made until 5 p.m. before the performance (when watching Monday to Saturday) / 11 a.m. before the performance (when watching on Sunday.)

Phone Booking
There is not available to booking by phone through Music in PyeongChang.
If it is difficult to book an online, you can book by phone through the Interpark Ticket Customer Center(☎1544-1555) and there is additional commission fee for booking with an Interpark Ticket.
On-site Booking
Time frame for booking
The booking is available up to 2 hours before a performance begins at the ticket box.
After the online booking is closed, only the remaining seats are sold on-site.
  • If the booking and the actual comer are different, you must present actual comer’s confirmation or ID card. (Failure to do so will result to pay the original price of ticket.)
  • Online booking will be made until 5 p.m. before the performance (when watching Monday to Saturday) / 11 a.m. before the performance (when watching on Sunday).
    After that, it is not possible to book online regardless of whether it is sold out or not. Cancellation, refund, or change of booking tickets on the day of the performance is not possible.

  • Please note that the comer is responsible for the performance information, ticketing information, and the lack of age for watching, and the cancellation, change, or refund of the reservation booking ticket are not possible.
Cancellation & Refund
There is no cancellation commission fee if you cancel before 12 o’clock on the night of the booking.
Reserved tickets can be canceled at the booked site (MPyC, Interpark Ticket), and the cancellation commission fee is applied according to the cancellation refund policy.

  • Cancellation is possible only until the available time for the performance booking (until 5 p.m. before the performance on Monday to Saturday, and holiday / until 11 a.m. the day before the performance on Sunday), and cancellation is not possible after that.
  • There may be a difference between in the refund method and refund date depends on the cancellation time of the reservation and the refund processing standards of the relevant credit card company.
Ticket Pickup
  • Mobile pickup

    You can enter with the mobile ticket through the mobile ticket bar-code activated on the day of the performance to the concert hall.

  • On-site pickup

    At the ticket box, you can present your reservation name, four digits after your mobile phone number, proof of discount to the staff. You can receive your ticket two hours before the start of the performance.

  • Tickets can only be received on-site, and we do not provide a separate postal service.
  • Mobile tickets for the captured copy are not allowed to enter a concert hall.
  • Please ensure the tickets are carefully kept. Tickets that are lost or damaged due to the fault of the customer cannot be re-issued, canceled or changed.

  • 01. Available age watching the performance
    • Preschool age children shall be prohibited from entering the concert hall. Exceptions will be made for concerts specifically planned for children.
    • If proof of age cannot be provided, entry will not be permitted regardless of ticket possession or accompaniment by a guardian (you must present your confirmation or ID card.)
    • Elementary school age and above: Born before 2017 (including those born in 2017) or elementary school students and above are permitted entry.
  • 02. Ticket sale & pickup
    • Tickets can only be received on-site, and on-site purchases on the day can be received 2 hours before the beginning of the performance.
    • The Music in PyeongChang website and Interpark Ticket website seats are sold in conjunction.
    • When you claim for your tickets, you must present your confirmation or ID card. If you had a discount, you must present verification as well.
      (Failure to do so will result to pay the original price of ticket.)
    • Please ensure the tickets are carefully kept. Tickets that are lost or damaged due to the fault of the customer cannot be re-issued, canceled or changed.

    • All ticket discounts are not eligible for duplicate discounts.
    • Online booking will be made until 5pm before the performance (when watching Monday to Saturday) / 11 a.m. before the performance (when watching on Sunday).
      After that, it is not possible to book online regardless of whether it is sold out or not. Cancellation, refund, or change of booking tickets on the day of the performance is not possible.
    • We are not responsible for the tickets by individual transactions other than purchase through specified ticketing system.
  • 03. Watching the performace
    • Tickets can only be received on-site, and on-site purchases on the day can be received 2 hours before the beginning of the performance.
    • Entering the concert hall will be restricted once the concert begins. Entry time arranged for concerts only for the special case, allow latecomers to enter under the instructions of the ushers in order to not disturb other audience members. For the latecomers, we do not offer any ticket changes or refund services.
    • You may not bring in flower bouquets, food, drink, and pets into the concert hall.
